Openstreetmap - bus routes and bus stops

Taking bus number 56 from the bus stop "Πλατεία Δημοκρατίας". Bus stops that follow:
Εργατικές Κατοικίες, Γέφυρα, Αγία Παρασκευή, Συμμαχικά, Παύλου Μελά, Ταχυδρομείο, Δημαρχείο Σταυρούπολης, Κέντρο Πολιτισμού, Σταυρουπόλ, Στροφή Καρατάσου, Παλιό Τέρμα, Γέφυρα, Κάσμπα, Στροφή Ωραιοκάστρου, Fierra, Μινέρβα, Κόμβος Εξωτερικής Περιφερειακής οδού (very big name for a bus stop), Στροφή Διαβατών, LIDL, Αλιμπάκη, Βερόπουλος, ICBS, Γαλήνη Α, Αρχοντικά, Γαλήνη Β, Οικίες, Παναθήναια, ΟΑΕΔ, Κονταξοπούλειο, Αναψυκτήριο, Πλακίδα (buses 55 and 56 make a stop there). I went off at Πλακίδα, and walked to the place I wanted to go.

At some point much later (or sooner) , I took the bus 56, but didn't note the bus stops anymore, just before the bus was about to enter the Βαρδάρη (Vardari), it turned right and makes a stop at the bus stop Μιχαήλ Καλού, and the next bus stop being Τ.Σ.(Τερματικός Σταθμός) Σταθμός, being the final destination...which is the bus station next to the train station.

After some time I went on the bus 28. I counted from Αντιγονιδών(which I know well), Πλατεία Αντιγονιδών, Παλιά Λαχαναγορά, Υδραγωγείο, ΒΑΟ, Αστυνομία, Κεφαλά, Σκαλάκια, Βρυσάκι, Δενδροφυτεία, εκεί κατέβηκα.
